TEI output fails to show the first 6 references from the bibliography section in the docx file. find_references_from_cue() in TEI Manipulator matches a single element composed of references starting at reference 7. The NLM output includes the first 6 references as an fn-group so that the back of the document includes a ref-list and an fn-group each with distinct references. Together they do show the entire appropriately formatted bibliography.

I'm running meTypeset/bin/meTypeset.py docx coactionDocx/testdoc.docx try100 --noimageprocessing --d --prettytei with this fork on a Mac OSX Yosemite. The test doc I'm using can be reproduced from 12169-49963-1-LE.docx in the coactionDocx training set.
