Document throws several XTRE0540: Ambiguous rule match for /TEI warnings, hangs meTypeset #129

Hi,

With this document:

I get several instances of:

Recoverable error
  XTRE0540: Ambiguous rule match for /TEI/text[1]/body[1]/div[1]/table[4]/row[10]/cell[1]/p[1]
Matches both "tei:p[normalize-space(.)='' and not(//tei:graphic)]" on line 483 of file:/C:/Users/axfel/Desktop/test/docx/from/pass2.xsl
and "tei:cell/tei:p" on line 430 of file:/C:/Users/axfel/Desktop/test/docx/from/pass2.xsl

And then meTypeset hangs indefinitely. I'm not sure if the best way of fixing this would be to add a timeout for the Saxon call?
