EDIT: For some reason after redownloading the file I too am having issues with it... I'll take a look and see if I can figure out what's going on, thanks for the heads up!

Upon further inspection this appears to be a problem with modern browsers (at least Chrome); the http link results in a local file that can't be used in-game.
I'll update the links to https, hopefully that resolves the issue.

Thanks! I tried it with http and that works. I used firefox 134.0.2 (64-bit) on ubuntu 24.04 for reference
