xml:id values that start with numbers

While regenerating the placeography file, Oxygen indicated that xml:id values that began with numbers were invalid (e.g. "1-North-Audley-Street_ENK"). I altered these in the "ography" file as a momentary stop gap for validation so that the number trails the street name etc. (e.g. "North-Audley-Street-1_ENK"). This needs to be investigated further. Potentially all XML that references these IDs will need to be updated.
