Feature request

Description

As a user, I want the setting "Reset camera when changing map" renamed, so that it reflects the actual functionality.

Acceptance criteria

  • "Reset camera when changing map" should be renamed to "Reset camera when map layout changes"
  • Add a tooltip (like our experimental features) and describe when the camera resets
