Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Templates are very helpful to add features to the slide such as footer and titles. As far I as I can tell, currently there are two ways to specify the text of a footer:
either in the template --> this will be the same for all the slides using the template
in the slide, filling the template value
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to set the value that are used in the template in the yaml of the slide deck.
For instance, the footer in my slides often reflects the title of the presentation and it varies from slide deck to slide deck. Hardcoding this title in the template would require the template unusable in another slide deck, while repeating the same value in each slide using the same template is redundant.
