This challenge helps you to do manipulations with two digits.

You will compare two values and generate the least value and the sum if they are equal

Parameters : Two integers either positive or negative

Returns : The least integer or the sum if they are equal.

Example (32,67)

Answer : 67

Example (12,12)

Answer : 24
