TrackerTrainModel availability

Dear author,
Thank you for your excellent work on vessel tracking and segmentation! I've been reading through your code and I'm amazed by the well-organized framework. However, I found no train model for tracker and segmentor, similar to the TrackerInferenceModel and SegmentationInferenceModel.
Is it that I've missed some code or that these trainers are currently unavailable? If unavailable, would you please upload them for completeness of the framework? I'd be very grateful if you update current code release.

Thanks for the interest in our work, and sorry for the late reply. Indeed there are no training scripts included in the repository yet. I will update the repository with those soon.
