Fixed issues with being unable to execute cfmparse and cfmdown on Linux and macOS
Note: Updated linux build with cxfreeze pacakged version that should work on more distros. Make sure libffi7 is installed on Ubuntu 22.04 (and other distros). Version 7 specifically.

Note: This currently downloads CFModDownloader binaries and runs them. Antiviruses won't like this nor will macos.

This is an ALPHA build. Unstable. Crashes. Bugs.
