Update available user agents

The list of user agents haven't been updated for 15 months. Would be great if the data was updated with recent user agents.

Depends on how the database of user agents were obtained in the first place. Did you buy them from whatismybrowser, or did they provide the data for free? If so, then under which license? @HusnainAslam
