Chupacabras Spawning in Lit Areas #837

Describe the Bug

Chupacabras are able to spawn in areas lit up with torches and keep killing the animals kept inside.

Reproduction Steps

Build encased area, such as a house
Light up inside with torches
Leave house so that it is in mob spawning radius
Reenter after a period of time
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you find a chupacabra that has spawned inside
