Describe the Bug

All items kept within the accessory slots are deleted upon rejoining the game. (This is in version 1.21.1, it wasn't given as an option so ignore what it says in the minecraft version section)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Join Game
  2. Equip Accessory
  3. Leave, reset game, and rejoin however many times for accessory to be gone
