Magnetic ring and Dislocation ring not working

after sometime in a server with friends the ring stop working for me but my friends see it "working" the ring pull the items but they do not enter the inventory.

I m in a steampunk modpack called SteamPunk [LPS].

I found that in the configuration that there should be a toggle button for the ring but it gets hidden by the ender chest button. You have to click to the left of it a few times until you hear a click then it should start working again.
