Block miner starts breaking block but never finishes (solved)

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

Both the block miner and controlled miner won't break blocks - it seems to break right up until it should then it stops. This is using the mod pack Sky Factory 4.

If you have minecolonies, you must ensure you allow neutral blocks to break your places blocks - this will solve the issue I experienced above.
