Certificates expired and cannot create new ones!

Hello all. My Testflight is about to expire. I am unable to rebuild, and I believe the problem has to do with Certificates, as I have ruled out the other common errors, and someone on FB mentioned what sounds like the same problem. Indeed, no Certificates are listed in my Apple Developer. Also, taking advice from FB, I hit the Delete Certificates button on the bottom of that page. Still NONE of the Actions work in Github - I get the following "misleading" error: Unable to create a valid authorization token for the App Store Connect API. Verify that the FASTLANE_ISSUER_ID, FASTLANE_KEY_ID, and FASTLANE_KEY secrets are set correctly and try again. Please help! I've been looping for years and really don't want to go manual again! I found your comments on Facebook. Easiest thing to do is delete your Match-Secrets repo. A new one will be generated when you run Create Certs.

This is the section in LoopDocs to follow for a rebuild.
