Problem with double/single quotes?

Ran the script and got the following error:

SyntaxError: f-string: unmatched '['

Linux Mint 21.3, Python 3 is installed. Might be to do with quotes see

i think this is just old python doesn't support it. I can run it on Python 3.12 Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
