Bug: when adding a lamp, the lamp will not be found #14

Steps to reporduce:

set up Albedo with a group of lamps
install additional lamps and add the lamps to a group

Expected behaviour:

Albedo detects the additional lamps and can use them

Current behaviour:

The new lamps are ignored.

Things I've tried that didn't work:

clear all settings and reconnect with the bridge
reinstall the application

Additional Information:

other applications don't have that issue.
