Project fails to load

Describe the bug
The project https://github.com/engageLively/galyleo-dashboard fails to load. The error message in the console is:

To Reproduce
It's not clear that this can be reproduced. After it failed, I attempted to reload with Pause on uncaught exceptions set, and it worked. Presumably the previous load attempt had fixed whatever was mangled in the file.

It appears the actual error here was not shown in the stack trace but it managed to halt the proper initialization of the module system which is the error in the log you posted.

So yes there certainly appears to be an error, maybe due to the cache, but that's about everything we know for now. I will try to look into this.
