Question: sqlplus.exe path and connect with just the DB name

I have created the self-hosted agent which runs in the same subnet as our Oracle DB and added this task to the release pipeline.

SQLplus has been installed to the below path.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Oracle - OraClient19Home1\Application Development

Still I am getting the below error.
When I run the pipeline, I am getting an error: "Unable to deploy to target "agent name" as some of the following demands are missing: [sqlplus.exe, Ag...

I have 2 questions:

1. Would the above path be valid?
2. Once above is resolved, would the plugin be able to understand which DB to connect with just the DB name?

Update: I am able to see Sqlplus.exe on the capability tab now. However, I am still getting the above error. Any insights on how to make this work would be great.
