costs and ideal project time table against the costs and income

hi
here is use case ..i have some base of people every now and then i meet someone new. project list grows but i have problem.

• with one friend i need to buy 3d printer and plastic
• with other i need to buy some of softwer
• there is idea to use some free platform that i only need to buy plugin
• i have static costs ..electricity in office,household etc...
• project lasts for amount of time...costs per mile stone..some phazes lets say require some action that will cost me
• we need to buy some plastic for 3d printer that is resource for use on xyz projects
• we can have project costs comparing.
• seting plan for creating order of working on projects so income of one project can boost another project
• some incomes are known..one time sale ...other are every xyz months/years
• some incomes are unknown like selling gadget on ebay or puting game on steam
