Hotbar not updating until token reselected #13

I'm sure this is a conflict with another module or something but for some reason the hotbar doesn't update with an active effect until the token is reselected.

I haven't had time to check for what modules might be causing it yet but thought I would bring it up here if anyone else has had this issue.

If I find out what is causing it I will post it here.
