Currently, each year of the Marble Rally stats has its own NamesToHashTags.csv file, and I'm not 100% certain that the hashtags are consistent from season to season.

This should be updated, either by making sure each file is consistent, or by creating one NamesToHashTags.csv file in the MarbleRally root folder instead of having one per season.
