Describe the bug

Where is the of 1 in the following image:

It should be "Themed" as "Panel - Label" so that it shows up against the dark background

Also some of the colour choices between BindingNavigator and a StatusStrip are vastly different in the blue themes

If the Theme is in an exported file, then you should be able to import into the new designer ...
