To add 'expandable footer' functionality, as seen in 'TaskDialogs' to KryptonMessageBox

The "Expanding MessageBoxes" I have seen so far, actually expand the Form area down, and not just an internal area, that smushes up the top part.

@Smurf-IV The problem is the table layout panel, I've pushed the code to https://github.com/Krypton-Suite/Extended-Toolkit/tree/alpha-timeout-messagebox, so you can check it out.
