that's weird. How are you navigating to the comic? Be sure to filter by "On device" to make sure the app isn't trying to get an online version.

might be a duplicate of #1213

I'm not sure how to apply that filter. Could you explain how to do it or where to find that option in the app?

Is this how it should be done? It still fails

That's what I meant, yes. Seems like that doesn't fic things unfortunately.
Another attempt:
When you click on the button that says how much memory is used by downloads, it should show a path to where the downloads are actually stored. I would like you to navigate there and check two things:

  1. is there a .cbz file present?
  2. if yes, are you able to open it properly in another app? (this might require you to use additional software which can handle the filetype, just search online for solutions)

If the answer to either of those questions is "no" then the issue is probably with the concrete source and you'll have to create an issue in the parsers repo.

This file does exist, but I couldn't open it, I tried with other applications and online and it didn't work

Well thats not good. I went ahead and opened an issue in the parsers repo: KotatsuApp/kotatsu-parsers#1333. If you want to, subscribe to that issue to get notifications when something happens
