To display useful information about the meaning of the field being edited.

do all of them need it? or maybe you have specific examples of ones that need it? or possibly even suggestions for what the tooltip might be?

I was thinking about info in JSON_INFO.md.
For example path_settings object in the monster data.
But we have no description for it it seems.
