Schema explorer with query builder

Writing queries and mutations manually takes awhile. They also can easily get out of date, requiring manual updates.

Describe the solution you'd like
Gatsby's version of GraphiQL has an extension called Explorer. This extension can be seen here. It allows quickly testing queries and mutations. Something like this would be a huge time saver.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The ability to right-click a top-level operation and select "create scaffolding" or something could also work.
