Problem Statement

Extension of #233.
For enabling specifying ingress service names of DataPlane, we added a Name field in ServiceOption.
admin services of ControlPlane and DataPlane also references the structure, we may also enable specifying service names for them for consistency.

Proposed Solution

Use the same approach to support fixed name for admin services of ControlPlane and DataPlane in ensuring services.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Admin Service of ControlPlane and DataPlane can also be specified by ServiceOption.Name.
