Conbee Stick and now also WLAN to Zigbee bridge

Hello, I already have Zigbee devices in my system (window sensors and switches) connected via a Conbee USB stick.

Now I have also bought soil moisture sensors with it is also a WLAN gateway (Tuya ZigBee wireless soil moisture meter

I have already coupled the sensors with the WLAN gateway at home. Do I get them connected to the Zigbee2Mqt?
Can I read the addresses?

Or do I have to put the sensors back into learning mode and then can't use them with the wlanbridge??
