Allow integrating with any s2 level #14

When generating s2 cells we automatically connect it with the parent cell through sfWithin. We also connect the parent to the cell with sfContains.

We should add the ability to generate cells at some level (let's say 6) and materialize the spatial relations at any other level (let's say 2).
