Are you behind a firewall? Can you access https://api.groq.com/openai/v1/models from a browser (should be an invalid key error, but not a 404). Looks like a network issue.

It looks like a network issue on your side, trying to reach Groq. I don't know what could be causing it. Potentially firewall or something like that.
