We want an API endpoint to generate a shield svg to represent the number of achievements received by a single user

Some resources:

shields.io
badge-maker (the package released by shields.io to generate the shield)

we want to generate a shield with an icon, showing the word "Achievements" and on the right, the total number of achievements

Phase II

Create a bigger svg to show

total achievements
Latest 3-5 achievements recieved
We can take inspiration from the StackOverflow embedded user profile badge (called Flair):
