At the moment there are few things left to clean up after #34 :

TCC VERSION file collision on macos build
Collision of symbol in md4c
Random failures when downloading build dependencies before meson is run. The workflow gets stuck forever, probably on some failing connection.

Fixed VERSION with lazy-eggplant/tcc@4d1e21c
It was a file provided by tcc bleeding in the namespace.

The second problem will need to fork the library to scope that macro and possibly send it upstream.

The third issue no longer presented itself.
