Wallpaper not appearing on lock screen.

Hi @JustinFincher thanks for creating this!

Before buying the asset store version I decided to try the demo APK. It's working great with one exception that the wallpaper is not being set as my lock screen wallpaper.

Is this a limitation by design?

Hi @adrenak thanks for reaching out. Can you please provide your device info? Certain brands like Huawei do not support lock screen live wallpaper in favor of its own theming solution, while others like Xiaomi need some hacks or hidden entries to properly set the app as lock screen wallpaper.

I'm using a Redmi Note 5 with Android Oreo.

Just got it working by first setting a live wallpaper provided by Xiaomi and then from the sample app.

What is the hack/hidden entries you were mentioning?

@adrenak It is exactly the method you mentioned:

On MIUI 12, set a nebular wallpaper as both lock & desktop wallpaper first within system settings and then set UniLWP based LWP.
On MIUI 11, set a video wallpaper as both first (you can do this from album or the theme app), then set UniLWP based LWP as system wallpaper

I believe these limitations are universally applied to 3rd party live wallpapers on Xiaomi (MIUI) devices, however, if you are using Android One or AOSP like ROMs there would be no issues at all.
