Feature Request: Add Kernel Module CONFIG_PPS_CLIENT_LDISC

Feature Description

Would you kindly include CONFIG_PPS_CLIENT_LDISC / the pps_ldisc module? This would allow us to use the devices as accurate timesources with USB attached GPS modules / their PPS output with USB UARTs.
