Project status announcement on the main page

First of all thank you for your efforts all this long.

Because this distribution is still the most recommended one out there. If the project is either dead or on an undetermined hiatus, it would be recommended to indicate so on the main page with a status note, for new people landing there. It would be even better if it pointed them out to actively maintained distributions like Armbian.
