Controllers shutting off when running WiiSX, have to restart.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start my wii and run Homebrew channel
2. I start WiiSX from my app screen in Homebrew
3. Then my controllers shut off and I have to restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It happens everytime I run the WiiSX app. It only gets the the title screen of 
the WiiSX App and then the controllers shut off and wont come back on.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Beta 2.1 - Homebrew

Please provide any additional information below.
