ROM Loading From Slot A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading up the cube64.dol on slot A in the gamecube
2. Selecting Load ROM
3. Selecting SD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected for ROM to load from slot A but instead an error opening directory.

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
SDLOADER, Cube64 beta v1.1, Gamecube

Please provide any additional information below.

I have an SD adapter soldered to my gamecube on slot A and the vbagx emulator 
runs games fine from slot A but I can not get Cube64 to detect my SD card on 
slot A, It boots up fine but does not see the ROM directory. I think it is 
trying to look in slot B which i have nothing on. Is it possible for an option 
to be added to switch from slot A or B?
