Why does the adsb_encoder.7z have a password on it?

adsb_for_hackrf.bin: not found.. same issue?

I get: Can not open encrypted archive 'C:_PATH_TO_FILE\adsb_encoder.7z'. Wrong Password?

Do you have a password for it?

It's not really open source if you password protect it..... -_-
