It would appear there is a problem with symbols that differ only in the time they were built being stored.
For example, we have a PDB's for an assembly that has been built multiple times. Downloading the PDBs, one with a key of BD1539C418F9447FA23C271741721CF81 and the other with a key BD1539C418F9447FA23C271741721CF82 (the only difference is the last digit of the key which is the age) gives the exact same file (with an age of three in this instance) which causes a mismatch with the version of the assembly.
