I CAN'T SEEM TO ACCESS MY CHEAT SHEET ON A SERVER EVEN THOUGH I'M RUNNING THE SERVER ON THE CMD. IT KEEPS SAYING TO ME I CAN'T CHANGE IT BECAUSE IM NOT THE HOST OR THE SERVER OWNER

If you do host and play or connect via the address of "localhost", you should be able to. If you need more help come to the discord chat, I'm not sure here is an effective place to troubleshoot your issue.
