pkg/RAP's won't save in alternate folder I specify

pkg/RAP's I download always saves in ~/NPSDownloads/PS3 (the default folder) despite me setting in preferences (and clicking save) to /Volumes/(external Drive)/NPS I need it to go to my external drive due to lack of hdd space on my internal drive

Having this issue currently. Still not fixed as of December 2023.

NPS creates a "/NPSDownloads" directory in the specified location, but files are still saved to the default location ("/Downloads/NPSDownloads/PS3").
