Description
This PR adds a site config for gaea-c5. It contains all changes (original commits) from #439 and was tested with the ufs-weather-model and the skylab-dev templates.
It also contains a small bug fix for the Narwhal compiler config (tested there).
The documentation for both sites is updated as well. Note that the documentation for gaea-c5 is incomplete at the moment, the maintenance section needs to be completed once we have an official install location, etc.
No CI testing needed. This PR only touches documentation and site configs for Gaea-c5 and Narwhal.
