SocketTimeoutException on widget #12

When the widget is added, if the application is not started in the background, the API call generates a SocketTimeoutException.

Android api affected: >= 28

Example
Class CurrentMonthExpenseSummaryService when call

val result = expenseSummaryManager.getExpenseSummary(parametriRicerca, false)
