Compile Error #17

When first opening the VB project, I get "Comm.cls / frmMain.frm could not be loaded".

Then, tying to compile gets me "Compile Error: User-defined type not defined", and points to the line "CrossCommands As New cCrossComm".

From my understanding the references to the project are not able to load.
What could be a workaround?
