Dear Developer,
I was using your packages happily until today, when I ran a new sample following the same workflow, it happened to me different cell type predictions are annotated in the same cluster with the same score and same ncells, I am wondering if this is due to my samples or it is a ground true reality. If there is a way to combine these different cell types in the cluster? as these annotations in the same cluster will hinder me for running the categorised graph using the sctype_scores data.
the error I have is:
Error in graph_from_data_frame(edges, vertices = nodes) :
Duplicate vertex names
and see attached the problem:
thanks a lot
