when trying to use the web-version of sc-type, I run into problems right from the start:
trying to upload a gene expression matrix it does not work irrespective of whether I use tab-delimited, comma-delimited, or xlsx. The error message always tells me that the file format is not supported. Trying to access the example data fails as well with the error message that the file does not exist.
Help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks and best,
Matthias
