Hi,

I tried scType web app using pbmc3k.
After I downloaded the result file, I checked its content by Seurat.
I found that pbmc_final.RDS file (Seurat object) doesn't have any cell-type annotation information in its "Idents".
It has only cluster numbers.
Did I make some misunderstanding how to use that?
Could you check your web app?
