Policy update: 1-1 Mapping of Facilities/Studios to Code

Need to update to the effect of:

If a new Company name is required or requested, a new code will need to be to generated. We will deprecate the old code and point at the new one.

Note 3: If you want to update your information, please use the same facility application form. We can do updates, but if you CHANGE THE NAME of your facility you MUST choose a new code. We can deprecate the old code and point to the new code, but we won’t use the same code for a different named facility. We can remove contact information from old codes.

Ok, I guess it is unreasonable to require that URLs and domain names cannot change if they are optional in the first place.
