Validator reader does not pick up 'Protocol ref' #48

Validator 1.5 and Validator 1.6: both versions validate a file contains "Protocol ref" vs "Protocol REF"

ISAcreator 1.7.1 refuses to open such file and report an error.

Alignement is needed to avoid inconsistent reporting between tools
